The deciding factor was that this client specifically needed a reasonable amount of data and source A was just too small. Source B seemed very large for the population we were targeting at over a quarter of the population being veterans. Source C had the right population ratio feel. Given all other factors, source C seemed to be the best ‘first test’. Just like Goldilocks and the 3 bears, Source C was ‘just right’ because it had all of the things we look for and the right volume and reasonable price.
