Great steak place. The service was outstanding. The restaurant has an open-air patio with seating for seasonal Mexican eats, cocktails, live bands, and a party vibe. Everything just flowed so smoothly, this experience along with Tommy's attentiveness to our needs was one for the books! I would give this place a 5 star would I have not been rudely treated upon entrance. Also they were short on the wine selection. Cute little wine spot in the middle of Santana Row. They have an extensive wine list and a more extensive hard liquor list. The food was excellent and Im happy I didnt have issues given the price I was paying. Food was exquisite! I had the lobster roll but instead of the bun I asked for a salad. I cant recommend it enough! Il Fornaio serves creative cuisine with outstanding service. We had ordered the Patatas Brava, but they seem to have run out of potatoes (wonder how that could happen! Quite good. Super chill spot to grab a drink and a snack/meal. Punch in here once!
